Mid-Year Outstanding Society Trust Managers Evaluation Meeting

In a collaborative effort to enhance community well-being through various projects and initiatives, key leaders and managers of the Outstanding Society Trust (OST) convened for the Mid-Year Managers Evaluation Meeting. This significant event took place from June 21st to 23rd, 2024, at Dodoma Ibra School.

The meeting welcomed new participants, including the Manager of Beyond Learning Program and the Manager of JILAMBE, who joined the existing roster of project managers. These include the Manager of Rahma Islamic Pre & Primary School, the Manager of Ibra Schools in Kondoa, the Manager of Qudus Islamic Seminary Schools, and the Manager of Dodoma Ibra Pre & Primary School.

                                                 

Over three days, attendees engaged in interactive workshops focused on reviewing reports and assessing the progress of various OST projects. The workshops emphasized practical solutions, leading to the establishment of performance indicators and actionable resolutions for implementation across the projects.

   

The discussions yielded significant achievements, with participants reaching a consensus on key performance indicators and developing actionable plans to enhance their respective projects. Feedback from attendees highlighted the value of networking opportunities and the benefits of shared learning experiences.

Looking ahead, the meeting concluded with a strong commitment to translate insights into tangible actions. Under the guidance of the board leaders, attendees pledged to implement the discussed initiatives, marking the beginning of impactful changes within the various OST projects. As project managers return to their respective domains, the collective effort and shared vision promise to drive positive transformations, strengthened by the reinforced networks established during the meeting.
